Mr. Pea Sheller does an excellent job shelling black eye, purple hulls, cream
peas as well as butter beans. For best results produce must be fresh and
green. Shelled Peas can be viewed to make sure no foreign objects make it in to
your pie pan or any shallow pan.

Mr. Pea Sheller can be connected to a 100 watt electric mixer instead of
being hand cranked. When using your mixer it should be run at medium or high
speed for maximum torque.
