The Taylor Pea Sheller is much larger and more heavy duty than other residential/ light commercial pea shellers.  The top quality 1/3 HP motor powers specially designed rollers made from high tensile strength material.  The rollers are easily adjustable to accommodate a wide variety of peas and bean hulling needs.

The Taylor Pea Sheller can hull 3-4 bushels per hour.  I have found this claim to be quite realistic. Anyone who is serious about shelling can probably hull even more with the Little Pea Sheller!

This corn cutter is just old-fashioned high tech. Don't be fooled by the cheaper wood and plastic imitations!  Gosh, the stories I get from customers who bought a knock-off!  One insisted they bought it from me so I sent her a Lee's Corn Cutter and she sent in a check and apology.  The blades on the knock-off's have a tendency to easily bend and break.

Lee's Corn Cutter can be adjusted for whole kernel or (my favorite) cream-style corn.  The whole kernel corn can have extra juice from the cob (the way I like it) or be adjusted to just cut the kernels.

First, blanch corn for five minutes, then cool rapidly in cold, cold ice water bath for about 5 more minutes.  I prefer to hold Lee's Corn Cutter over a bowl but up against a wall for leverage.

Adjust Lee's Corn Cutter edges to the desired height to cut kernels clean off or cream-style, scraping all the delicious juice as well as the kernels.  I recommend getting two.  One to set for cream-style and one for whole kernel.
